Census 2010 - Making Sure We All Count (Posted 11/12/09)

In March of 2010, census forms will be delivered to every residence in the United States. The 2010 Census consists of just ten basic questions that will take the average family ten minutes complete.

The information you provide will help ensure that we get our fair share of representation in the U.S. House of Representatives. Census information also helps to determine how more than $400 billion dollars of federal funding is spent each year on infrastructure and services like:

  • Hospitals
  • Job training centers
  • Schools
  • Senior centers
  • Bridges, tunnels and other-public works projects
  • Emergency services

Leaving Plymouth for the Winter?

You should be counted at your usual Minnesota address - not your temporary address when census questionnaires are mailed next March.
