Frozen Water Pipes
Minnesota's winters can take a toll on your home, including your water pipes. If you have frozen water pipes, try to determine if it is just at your home or whether it is also affecting your neighbors. If your home is the only property that is affected, it is your responsibility to contact your plumber to have the problem corrected. If more than one property is out of water, it may be a problem with the City system and you should contact the Sewer and Water Maintenance Division.
