Sewer Services
The City of Plymouth provides sanitary sewer service to most homes in Plymouth. Residents are charged for sanitary sewer service on the City utility bill that they receive every two months. Sewer charges are based on a flat fee plus a rate charge per 1,000 gallons. A discount rate on sanitary sewer service is available to senior citizens.
