Administrative Services Department
The Administrative Services Department supports the Plymouth City Council, Charter Commission and several other City Council-appointed citizen commissions while also providing support for Plymouth's core services. The department includes an array of functions, including accounting, assessing, budget development, city clerk, communications, elections, information technologies, licensing, special assessments and utility billing.
