Community Development Department
The Community Development Department manages development in Plymouth. The department is comprised of three divisions - Planning, Building Inspections and Housing. Together, these divisions administer the Zoning Ordinance and do long range planning. The department also conducts building, fire, and housing inspections. Citizens and contractors work with the department to obtain all types of building permits. The City's housing and economic development programs are administered from this department.
