Parking Restrictions
In Plymouth, parking is prohibited year-round on streets from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. During the winter, parking is also prohibited on streets after a 2-1/2 inch snowfall. Parking may not resume on the street until it has been plowed curb-to-curb. Violators may be tagged and towed.

Parking Permits
If you have a special circumstance, such as having your driveway worked on or coated, you can receive special permission to park on the street overnight. Contact the police at the phone number below. Fully explain your special circumstance and you will be given instructions to ensure you do not receive a ticket.

Tickets/Citations
If you received a citation and believe it should not have been issued, you should not contact the Police Department regarding this. By policy, once a citation is issued, the Police Department does not void or dismiss them. To address this issue, you will need to contact the court and ask to speak with a referee or a judge. He or she has the authority to dismiss the ticket.
