Capital Improvement Program
The City of Plymouth's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) brings together plans for capital expenditures for City streets, water system, sanitary sewer system, park system, water resources and public buildings. While the CIP outlines projects for the next five to six years, please keep in mind that each project included in the CIP needs specific review and approval from the Plymouth City Council. The Planning Commission, City Council and City staff typically review and update the CIP about every 18 months.

Comprehensive Plan Maps
The maps below are part of Plymouth's Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted in 2000. The Comprehensive Plan coordinates long range land use and public facilities. The plan is comprised of several elements, including land use, housing, transportation, parks, open space, trails, surface water, water supply and sanitary sewer. State law requires cities to update their Comprehensive Plans every ten years.
