The City of Plymouth has built a reputation as a leader in park and recreation. The Plymouth Parks and Recreation Department offers extensive recreation programming as well as beautiful parks, trails and recreation facilities.
The Parks and Recreation Department is comprised of the following divisions and facilities:

Plymouth Parks & Recreation welcomes both residents and non-residents to participate in our extensive Recreation programming. To set up a new account (if you need a participation number and Family PIN) or to get the numbers from your account, please call the Recreation office at: 763-509-5200.
The Recreation Division offers year-round programs, classes, concerts, events, trips, team sports and sport instruction for youth, adults and families. In addition, special recreation programs are provided for seniors and people with disabilities in cooperation with Senior Community Services and Reach for Resources.The Recreation Division also serves as the headquarters for the City of Plymouth's extensive Volunteer Program.
The Parks and Recreation Department works hard to maintain and improve all of the City parks, special use facilities, playfields, trails and outdoor skating rinks.

Listings of recreation programs are included in the Plymouth Parks & Recreation Activities Guide. The booklet is mailed to all residents three times a year. You also can browse program offerings online using REC-Connect. With REC-Connect, you may register and pay for classes online using a pre-assigned participant number.
