Registration
People may register for recreation activities using several different methods. If you are registering for a swimming or skating activity, refer to the specific registration information for that activity.

The Plymouth Parks & Recreation Guide is published three times per year:
  • Spring/Summer (April - August)
  • Fall (September - December)
  • Winter (January - March)

The Activities Guide is mailed to Plymouth Residents (automatically, and free of charge), and is available on-line for viewing prior (typically one-two weeks ahead of time) to the books being mailed out.

Non-Residents may purchase a subscription for $9 per year (or three issues) at any time by calling: 763-509-5200. Non-Residents may aslk pick up a copy for free (when available) at
  • Plymouth City Hall (3400 Plymouth Blvd)
  • Plymouth Creek Activities Center(14800 34th Ave)or
  • Plymouth Ice Center(3650 Plymouth Blvd)
  •
    REC-Connect Registration
Access REC-Connect on-line. Have your credit card, your ID numbers (participant number and your family PIN number) ready.
If you do not have these numbers, call 763-509-5200. The fastest way to find the classes you want is to use the course number from the Plymouth Parks & Recreation Activities Guide. There are a few activities that are not available to register this way. These activities do not have course numbers listed. After you register using REC-Connect, you may print your own receipt.

"On line, you're first in line."

    Touch Tone Registration 763-509-5381
Before you call 763-509-5381, have your participant number (previously sent to you), the course numbers and your credit card (VISA or MasterCard) ready. Call 763-509-5200 if you do not know your participant number. (Please note: you must use the ID number assigned to you by Plymouth Parks and Recreation, not the Wayzata School District numbers.)
  • The system will "talk you through" the registration process.
  • You must enter your credit card number to pay the fees before you hang up the phone. If you hang up before doing this, the registration will be cancelled.
  • No confirmations are sent out.
  • Some classes do not have course numbers, and, therefore, are not available for registration this way.
  • Mailed Registration
  • Envelopes are opened randomly. Registrations received prior to the registration start date do not get opened any earlier.
  • Please indicate a second choice if applicable.
  • Use separate checks and forms for each person/class. You can download, view and/or print your registration form in PDF format by selecting the registration form you need below. Make checks payable to City of Plymouth. You may also use your Visa or MasterCard card.
  • Include one stamped, self addressed envelope for confirmation.
  • DO NOT enclose class registrations in your water bill envelope.
  • You may put your registrations and payment in an envelope addressed to the Recreation Department in the drop box at the east end of the parking lot (near the front entrance). Contents of the drop box are collected once a day at 8 a.m.

    In-Person Registration, Phoned Registration
In person and phone-in (763-509-5200) registration at the Plymouth Parks and Recreation office opens the same day as On-Line Registration (during normal business hours) and continues until spaces fill, or classes begin. If you register by phone, you must pay with a credit card. Office hours are: Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m..
